I have always wanted to create a suitcase cake. Finally my opportunity came forth. I was contracted by my job to create a retirement cake. The cake is chocolate made from scratch with chocolate buttercream frosting and fondant accents. I made 22 cups of batter along with 9 cups of buttercream frosting to frost 2 - 11 x 15, 2 inch square pans. The cake is very heavy! Hope you guys enjoy!
