Wilton wonder mold

I used 2 cake mixes, baked the cake at 350 for 1 hour. The top looked cooked and toothpick came out clean. I took the cake out of the oven and let it cool. When I flipped it over the middle was still raw. How long do I need to bake the cake for?

Good advice!

Also, I check with a skewer.... touch the bottom of the pan to make sure it's done!

Are you talking about the doll wonder mold? If so, did you have the tube in place down the center? If the tube is not in place, even baking will not take place.
