Baby Shower Cake

I made 2 round cakes and iced between them with buttercream icing.

I also made 2 cupcakes.

I used yellow, blue and green colors.

I didn't write on this one but I did do some scroll stuff on top and put some sprinkles on it.

I used a star tip for the bottom border and I iced the cake smooth.

I cut the cupcakes in the shape of an 'L'. Just trim away what doesn't look like the letter 'L'.
Sides and top. This is your baby bootie.
{I learned this trick from an old baker}

I used a small star tip to cover the booties with blue icing, this baby's a boy. I used a round tip to make a small bow on each bootie.

I used pre-made candies on the sides. Frogs, snails, grasshoppers...

This was for my step-daughter.
