Brownie Peanut Butter Tiara Cake

Below is the recipe for my favorite brownie peanut butter tiara cake:

Brownie Recipe

2/3 cup of shortening
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Heat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray your tiara pan with cooking spray. Use a large saucepan and melt your shortening and chocolate in it over a low heat. Remove from heat and add sugar, eggs, and vanilla mixing well. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Spread mix in your tiara pan. Bake for 30 minutes or till it starts to pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool at least 10 minutes then flip over onto cake plate and let it cool completely.

Mix 2- 8 ounces packages of creme cheese, 3/4 cup of powdered sugar, and 3 tablespoons imitation vanilla extract with your electric mixer. If mixture is to thick add milk a little at a time till it is spreadable. Spread cheese mixture in the indentation of the cake top.

Now mix 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter with 1 cup of cool whip and spread on top of cheese mixture. When you serving the dessert you may add a dollop of cool whip to the top of the piece or you may use the canned whip cream that squeezes on. Your favorite brownie mix may be substituted for the scratch recipe.

Here is another delicious chocolate cake to try.
