Castle Cake

by Rita M. Tomas
(Miami, Fl)

For this castle cake I used 4 cake boxes of Betty Crocker's chocolate and pudding cake and 4 cake boxes of Betty Crocker's vanilla cakes. 2 For the lower portion of chocolate cake and 2 for the upper tier of vanilla cake. The cake is covered in white fondant I prepared myself.

For the towers I used PVC pieces cut into 6" columns covered with white fondant and white sparkling glitter.

The columns were covered in white fondant and the upper part were ice-cream cones covered with pink fondant and sparking pink glitter.

The decorations were made in pink fondant, as well as the door and windows. This cake yields enough for about 100 guests. Rita M. Tomas
