Chocolate Icing

Ingredients for Chocolate Icing:

1 egg
1/2 cup sugar grinded
1 small bar of cooking chocolate
3 tbsp white butter


1. Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler. (Simply place a larger bowl of water on stove and let it boil, place a smaller bowl on top and melt chocolate and butter in it)

2. Beat an egg in a separate bowl and mix sugar in it. Add this mixture to the double boiler and cook for just one minute and remove from heat.

Tip: this icing is best if you want to put biscuits on top of your cake.

almost perfect

the recipe that was give is almost perfect because of the easy way how to make a icing.and surely it is a good recipe, but the instruction should be well explain and be very specifeic (one example the egg is it suppose to be whole esgg, egg white or yolk,^^)...
