Disney Princess Castle Cake

I made this cake for my 5 year old neice, she wanted a castle cake, so I made my 1st attempt at it. It was made from 3 towers made from swiss roles and ice cream cones drenched into 100's/1000's.

The castle itself was made from 4 layers, 2 strawberry and 2 victoria sponge, with buttercream and jam. All icing was regallice icing. I also made the wall towers from cut out icing and imprinted the brick look on to it.

The door was made from chocolate icing and I also got 2 little figurines that added to the whole castle cake.
