Driveway and House Cake

Driveway and House Cake

For this driveway and house cake, I used the Wilton house pan and the Wilton horseshoe pan.

Bake and cool according to directions.

I trimmed the ends of the horseshoe cake to fit below the house.

The house would not stand as the box suggested. I didn't use eggs in the mix, I used 12 oz. of 7-up only.

I iced in buttercream. The cars are toys and the rocks are chocolate with a candy coating. I bought them at the candy shop.

This was for our landlord because he fixed our driveway.

I know you said the lady was allegic to eggs. That was to bad you couldn't use eggs in the cake. But, it turned out just as cute laying down as standing. Loved the colors in the house and the driveway was darling with the cars and rocks. what a cool idea. You are just to clever girl!!! Nancy of CA
