Easy German Chocolate Cake

This was for my cousins' husband. He just wanted a German chocolate cake.

I used a cake mix and baked 2-8" round layers.

I used pre-made canned chocolate icing.

I used a hammer and beat up a Heath candy bar in small pieces.

I added some pieces to the layer of icing in between the cakes. I leveled the layers before I put them together.

Then I iced the whole cake and made lines around the sides.

I sprinkled more of the candy bar on top and then topped with a Hersheys chocolate bar that I grated with the cheese grater.

I didn't get any of it but it sure smelled good! :}

KELLY, THAT CAKE LOOKS DELICIOUS, IT REALLY MAKES ME HUNGRY, JUST LOOKING AT IT. ISN'T IT FUNNY THAT SOME CAKES LOOK GOOD A NOT EVEN DECOROTATED FANCY. I LOVE JUST PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE. NOTHING FANCY...GREAT!
