Fire Truck Cake

Fire Truck Cake

A repeat customer requested a fire truck cake for her son's birthday. She had no idea I was creating a 3D fire truck cake. The cake was 1/2 sheet chocolate cake. After cake was cooled, I cut cake in half. I used one half for the back of fire truck and cut the other half down the middle to create the front of the fire truck.


I used white chocolate for the windows and ladder. Oreo's for the tires.
