Frosting Question...

Does anyone have a any other recipe for "pipable" frosting other than butter cream? Something fluffy, yet stable that tastes great?

VERONICA? I SEE YOU LIVE IN CA ALSO. I DON'T KNOW WHERE, I AM FROM RIALTO NEAR SAN BERNARDINO. WE HAVE SMART AND FINAL STORES AND THEY SELL A FROSTING CALLED PASTRY PRIDE AND ANOTHER ONE THAT IS USED IN THE BAKERY'S AND IT IS VERY GOOD AND STABLE TOO. CHECK INTO THAT OR GO TO THE BAKERY AT YOUR BIG MARKET THAT BAKES CAKES AND THEY WILL SELL YOU SOME THAT IS MADE UP..LET ME KNOW..NANCY OF CA. NRCOURTNEY@AOLCOM
