how to put 3 birthdays together on on cake

I wanted to do bowling as a theme because they are going bowling with family and friends how do I pull all these together?

Wow.
I would say it depends on the size and shape of cake you will make .

I would make a 3 tier cake OR 4 separate cakes, they don't have to be large.

If doing a 3 tier, do the top with bowling and the sides of each tier..one for each person. Maybe use plastic figures representing the things each person likes. And maybe candy letters or fondant to put their name on their layer.

Or you could do all the items in fondant or gum paste.

If doing 4 small cakes, do one in bowling only , as the center piece, and then one cake per person. Decorate them individually to represent each persons' interests.
