I am trying to stack 2 round sports ball cakes but can't seem to figure out how to make them stay. Does anyone know what kind of supports to use?

I use skewers. I put the sharpened end into the cardboard.

For the sportsball pans I use 3-5 skewers. Depends on how far I have to transport and how much I cut off the bottom to keep it from rolling.

I did this with the sports ball pan set.

I did this with a small glass bowl to make the ball.

And even though it's smaller, I still put skewers in it because it had to be transported over 30 miles.
