I Need Help Coming Up With an Idea for a 90th Birthday Cake

I am planning a 90th birthday party for my Mother-in-law and I need a cake decoration idea. She is a (truly) farm girl who does all her own work (ie; chopping down trees, etc) but I'm not sure yet how to decorate her cake. I have about a month to come up with something, any ideas? All help would be appreciated thanks
