Icing that is good in hot weather?
Hi! I am doing a wedding cake for an outdoor reception in the middle of August.
It is very warm (hot actually), and I was wondering what icing will hold up the best. I know fondant does well, not sure about butter cream underneath. And I would rather not do fondant. Any and all suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated.
