Lightning McQueen Cake
One of my favorites, I started with two quarter sheet cakes, stacked, buttercream in the middle, then I froze it for 30 minutes and I carved the holes for donuts (tires). I only carved the top layer. left the humps by the lights an slanted the windshield and roof.
I used a graham cracker for the fin, dirty iced it and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes. This cake took me 5 hours to decorate. I used star tips and before I started, I used a toothpick to trace the details.
This cake turned out amazing, ne of my best creations.
