This mailman's cake was two chocolate nine by twelve pans, I carved into a mail truck after stacking them in thirds. Made my fondant tires first with krispy treats covered with black fondant. I covered the cake with buttercream and then white fondant.


I was doing this cake on a day not feeling well. It was for my Son's birthday.

He is a mail carrier of 36 years. It could have been a lot better if I had been feeling better.
