Mardi Gras Cake
This Mardi Gras cake was for an 80 year birthday party, that had the theme of Mardi Gras. It is two chocolate ten inch on the bottom filled with chocolate filling and an eight inch lemon cake with lemon pudding filling. I used a can of lemon pie filling for the lemon cake and chocolate ganache for the chocolate cake.
I covered them with buttercream and then fondant.
All of the decorations were fondant except for the beads, mas and little shiny things.
