Using a 12" baking pan, bake the cake mixture and leave to cool. Fill the centre with jam and buttercream. First, cover the cake with a very thin amount of apricot jam (or marmalade), then, using white regal ready rolled icing, cover the cake and trim at the bottom. Roll out pink icing and with a playboy template, cut out the design and fix with a small amount of jam. Decorate with pink icing as desired.
