Princess Cake

For this princess cake I used a 12 X 18 rectangular cake mold. I used 5 quarts of cake battered. I iced it with buttercream and smoothed it with a paper towel and a fondant tool. I laminated a princess decorative paper plate, trimmed it, and placed it in the middle of the cake.

I used a # 16 tip to make small shells around it. I used a #31 tip to make the border shells.

I made few little dots around the corners just for the look. I also made some curling ribbon bows and I placed them at both of the upper corners.
