Star Fish Cake

Star Fish Cake

To make this star fish cake, I made a 9x13 sheet cake and cut off each corner in a "fin" design while the middle was a diamond shape. I used apricot jam to attach all of the points to the center of the cake and used buttercream frosting tinted in orange and white buttercream and marshmallows for the "dots". I used brown sugar for dirt and chocolate sea shells for decoration.
