Strawberry Shortcake Cake
To make this Strawberry Shortcake cake, I started by baking 2 6inch round,2 8 inch round and 2 12 inch round cakes. I then filled and frosted all cakes. I covered each Cake with a layer of fondant. I added shisk kabob skewers to hold up each tier, then stacked the cake.
After that I added fondant decorations to each tier. Bows were made with gumpaste in different colors a day in advance.
Once entire Cake was stacked and decorated I put two skewers threw the entire cake covering the holes with a large fondant bow.
I made the top bow after completing the Cake so that it would not be hard and would kinda flow onto the cake.
