Tinkerbell's Teapot House

Tinkerbell's Teapot House

For this Tinkerbell teapot cake, I baked a one-layer round cake (2 cake mixes) according to the box directions. I molded the teapot body out of white chocolate using a Wilton ball pan. The body of the teapot is covered in white fondant.

The spout and handle are also white fondant. The trim is two shades of brown fondant. The cake is frosted with buttercream frosting tinted green. I used a cutter to cut out leaves from kelly green fondant.

I ordered the sugar flowers around the bottom of the cake and used flower shaped sprinkles for the other flowers. This is for my granddaughter's 6th Birthday.
