Wedding Anniversary and Birthday Cake

This wedding anniversary and birthday cake is for a joint celebration. The 2 tiers cake is carrot cake, sponge cake with cream cheese as filling. I frosted the cakes and cupcake with cream. All the flowers were made of fondant and I put it on before delivering it to my client, but it melted a few hours later. As I understand from Nancy of CA, I should frost it with butter cream or fondant.
