I am doing a white chocolate buttercream that contains single cream for a friend's wedding, will the buttercream hold it's shape if the room gets warmer?

I recently did a wedding cake with buttercream.

It melted and fell off the sides of the cakes during transport!

I had to take extra icing and I managed to repair it. It was around 100* outside and the room was staying around 90*.
