Will fondant cutouts dry and harden enough to stand upright?
I want to make a city skyline, about 5"-7" tall and have it standing on the cake upright, without any visible support. Do you think it can be done? Will the fondant harden enough to stand? Will it be strong enough not to crumble? or should I be looking at different materials? If so, any ideas of what I can use?
