A Barbie Prncess for my granddaughter Judith Ann

To make this Princess Barbie cake, I used two jelly molds 6 inches in diameter and to bake the sponge cake.

The molds for the skirts are 6inches and 3 inches in diameter. The two sponge cakes are stacked up with piping gel.

The pink and white chocolates are attached to the skirt with piping gel too.

The white top is made, using Fondant. The motifs on the white top is done using a rolling pin.
