Childrens Birthday Cake . . . Humpty Dumpty

Easy Instructions for making this childrens birthday cake that looks like Humpty Dumpty:

Bake a sheet cake the size that you need. With an icing filled bag and round tip, size #5, draw Humpty sitting on the wall. Cut the cake away from the outline of Humpty Dumpty.

Make a gray colored icing and spread it on the wall using a cake spatula.

Using the same gray icing and round tip, size #5, do the lines for the bricks.

Make a light blue icing and use star tip, size #18 and fill in the clothes and put the legs on the wall.Use the same blue icing and round tip, size #5 and make lines for arms.

Use white icing and star tip, size #18 and cover the egg, hand and the two buttons on the clothes.

Use the same blue icing and round tip, size #5 and pipe two dots for eyes and a small upturned curve for the nose.

The smile is made with light red icing and round tip, size #5.

Make a medium brown icing and use a star tip, size #18 and do the eye brows and shoes.

Use the same brown icing and change the tip to round tip, size #5 and pipe a clump of hair on top of Humpty Dumpty’s head.
