Bake a sheet cake the size that you need.
With an icing filled bag and round tip, size #5, draw the Hulk on the
top of the cake or use the parchment paper transfer method.
Cut the cake away from the Incredible Hulk outline.
With white icing and round tip, size #5, outline all of the teeth. Change the tip to a star tip, size #16 and fill in each tooth.
Make a black icing and use star tip, size #16 and fill in the small mouth area at the end of the teeth.
Using the same black icing and round tip, size #5, outline the teeth over the previous white outline. Do not outline the gums.
Now you are going to make three different shades of green for the Incredible Hulk cake. One green, the second dark green and the third a yellow-green.
Using a star tip, size #16, and dark green icing, fill in the gums.
Now do the eyes. Use star tip, size #16 and white icing and fill in the whites of the eyes. Use star tip, size #16 and fill in the blue of the eyes using a sky blue color icing. The center of the pupil is made using a round tip, size #5 and black icing. Finally, use a round tip, size #3 and white icing and place a highlight dot on each black pupil.
Using your dark green icing and round tip, size #10, draw all the outlines on the Hulk's face.
Use your yellow-green icing and star tip, size #18 and fill in all of the highlight areas on his face. Now fill in the rest of his face using the green icing and star tip, size #18.
The hair on the Incredible Hulk cake is done using star
tip, size #18 and black icing.
Start by making lines around the outside of the oval.
The front and the sides of his hair have three rows, the back of the
hair has only one.
